JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – A resident of Johnstown, Pa. was indicted by a federal grand jury in Johnstown on a charge of possession of child pornography, Acting United States Attorney Soo C. Song announced today. The indictment named William Jay Clark, 30, of Johnstown, Pa., as the sole defendant.
