Easton Man Charged With Receipt and Possession of Child Pornography

Joseph Marcus, 51, of Easton, Pennsylvania was charged today by Indictment with the receipt and possession of child pornography, announced United States Attorney Louis D. Lappen. If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of one hundred years imprisonment, a mandatory minimum fifteen years imprisonment, a mandatory minimum five years supervised release up to lifetime supervised release, a $750,000 fine, a $300 special assessment, and an additional $15,000 special assessment.
