A Detroit man charged with production and possession of child pornography was arrested Tuesday following an investigation by the Michigan ICAC and Homeland Security Investigations. Gabriel Fournier, 35, was arrested without incident at his place of residence in Detroit for alleged possession and production of child pornography.
