Philadelphia Pair Charged With Sex Trafficking

LizMarie Rivera-Torres, 24, and Anthony Ferris, 34, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were charged today by Indictment with conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors, and sex trafficking of minors, announced Acting United States Attorney Louis D. Lappen. The Indictment alleges Rivera-Torres and Ferris conspired with each other to engage in the sex trafficking of minors between July 22, 2016 and January 20, 2017.
