Lafayette Man Sentenced To 78 Months In Prison

HAMMOND- Richard Seeger, Jr, 55 years old, of Lafayette, Indiana, was sentenced before District Court Senior Judge Joseph S. Van Bokkelen on his plea of guilty to receipt of child pornography, announced U.S. Attorney Kirsch. Seeger received a sentence of 78 months in prison followed by 20 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution.
