Dog Pepper Sprayed at Wyoming Shelter, Board Members Resign
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) – Two members of the Cheyenne Animal Center board of directors have resigned after the board suspended the shelter’s CEO for ordering a young dog to be pepper sprayed during a “training exercise” a day after it bit an employee.
