Oconee County High School Janitor Sentenced To 51 Months In Prison For Recording Video Of Minors In Locker Room

Timothy Brian Burnette was sentenced today to 51 months in federal prison, followed by 25 years of supervised release, for his involvement in recording minors with a cell phone, announced United States Attorney Charles E. Peeler. There is no parole in the federal system, and Mr. Burnette will also be required to register as a sex offender.
