Immigration Checkpoints Help Stop Two Human Smugglers

TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Tucson and Willcox stations arrested eight people in connection with two human smuggling attempts at separate immigration checkpoints during the weekend.Agents working at the immigration checkpoint on Highway 86, near Three Points, referred driver of a 2006 Nissan Maxima for a secondary inspection Saturday evening.
