Elan Daniel Seagraves, 34, pleaded no contest to human trafficking and sex charges after entering into a June 4 plea agreement with Sacramento County District Attorney’s prosecutors. The Kennedy High School boys soccer coach, arrested on Christmas Day on suspicion of selling underage girls for sex, was sentenced to 13 years and four months in prison Friday.
