Local Woman Caught Smuggling with Son in Tow

TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents from the Nogales Station apprehended a local woman and two illegal aliens Tuesday at the Immigration Checkpoint on Interstate 19.Agents working the primary inspection lane referred a 26-year-old Tucson woman, traveling with her 4-year-old son, for secondary inspection of her Chrysler minivan after a Border Patrol canine alerted to an odor it was trained to detect.
