TUCSON, Ariz.- An 18 year-old southern Arizona man wanted in connection with a foiled smuggling attempt that endangered the lives of two illegal aliens was arrested Thursday by special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), officers with Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and agents with Tucson Sector Border Patrol — collaborating under the Border Enforcement Security Taskforce (BEST).
