Citrus Heights Man Indicted for Receipt of Child Pornography
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Emanuel Mois, 25, of Citrus Heights, was arraigned today on an indictment charging him with receipt of child pornography, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced. According to court documents, Mois knowingly received visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between November 2016 and February 2017.
