117 undocumented immigrants, 18 human smugglers arrested in El Paso-area raids

CLOSE A month-long operation by Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Border Patrol resulted in the arrest of 18 human smugglers and more than 100 undocumented immigrants, federal officials said Friday.
