Two men have been arrested in a human smuggling attempt that occurred Monday in the area of U.S. 83 and San Rio Boulevard, according to federal court documents. An arrest affidavit identified the driver as Juan Aaron Garza, 22, and Guillermo Antonio Reyna-Garcia, 18, as the brush guide.
