Philadelphia Man Indicted on Child Pornography Charges

PHILADELPHIA -U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain announced today that a Philadelphia man was charged with receiving and possessing child pornography. Anthony Chiccini, 70, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged today by indictment with receiving and possessing a collection of more than 600 images and videos of children being sexually assaulted and depicted in sexually explicit positions on various dates in 2013 through 2018.
