Moore County massage parlor employees arrested on prostitution charges
Two Southern Pines women were arrested for prostitution and performing unlicensed massage therapy at a massage parlor, the Southern Pines Police Department said on Facebook . Genhua Zhou, 47, and Baoping Wu, 46, both of Southern Pines, were arrested.
