Chambersburg police: Woman charged with promoting prostitution
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – A woman was charged Wednesday in connection with a child-prostitution case, the Chambersburg Police Department said. Venus D. Rhodes, 36, was charged with promoting prostitution of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and conspiracy to commit indecent assault, according to a police department news release.
