Registered sex offender arrested for soliciting prostitution services of minor in Riverside
A 59-year-old registered sex offender faces charges of procurement of a child under 16 for lewd and lascivious acts and supervising or aiding a prostitute after he was arrested last week, authorities said. John Titow, a transient, is suspected of soliciting a female juvenile for prostitution services at an adult store in Riverside in July, police said.
