New Jersey man arrested in North Strabane human trafficking case

A New Jersey man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in a human trafficking case involving unlawful sexual contact with a child that was investigated by police in North Strabane Township. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Pittsburgh office also participated in the investigation that led to the arrest of Kevin John Newell of Maywood.
