Beaver County Man Charged with Possessing Child Porn Videos

PITTSBURGH – A resident of Rochester, Pennsylvania, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on a charge of possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor, United States Attorney Scott W. Brady announced today. The one-count indictment, returned on October 30, named Elijah Winchester, 21, as the sole defendant.
