St. Clair County Man Charged With Producing Child Pornography

Andrew Wigfall, III, of East St. Louis, Illinois, has been charged by indictment with production of child pornography, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, Steven D. Weinhoeft, announced today. The one-count federal indictment alleges that the offense occurred in St. Clair County between December 1, 2018, and January 26, 2019.
