AF1 went out and back, to make sure planefags noticed the pattern the ANVIS plane was flying. (pic2 12/16/2018)
Can’t find any more caps related to this incident.
Anybody want to use the keystone shape of Arlington National Cemetery, as traced out by the Navy ANVIS plane, to set the clock?
We established that the radial center of the pattern was the Naval Research Laboratory, Chesapeake Bay Detachment. (pics 3-4 Dec 18, 2018)
