Department 5 is the most top secret branch of the United States Government entrusted chiefly by the United States Air Force which is in the control of long range thermonuclear ICBM missiles. The United States Air Force of course is most concerned with an Order from the President of the United States being given to launch a nuclear weapon against another country.
The service Department 5 provides is to investigate the CIA as to that governmental policies are being followed and what the American Citizens expect is carried out, and any actions follow the guidelines of The Policy Committee.
