N.Y. Governor Andrew Cuomo welcomed his brother, recently diagnosed CNN host Chris Cuomo, by video chat to talk about his experience having coronavirus, during his daily state pandemic press conference.
Chris Cuomo told his brother he is “barely keeping it together.”
“I see why it takes people out, you got to rest because your body has a fever because it’s fighting the disease,” e said. “I’m very lucky. I have a wife, who loves me and keeps me fed. A lot of people are fighting this alone. And I can’t imagine that. I can barely, you know, keep it together.”
Chris Cuomo also spoke of a fever dream he had last night where the governor was “dancing in the dream and you were waving a wand and saying, ‘I wish I could make this go away.”
“And you spun around and then you went away,” he said.
“Obviously the fever has affected your mental capacity” Gov. Cuomo joked.
