CLOSE Martin County Judge Curtis Disque quit his elected position on the bench, according to a letter he sent to Gov. Rick Scott’s office. On Jan. 31, Disque wrote that “based on personal matters that have recently taken place, I am resigning my position as a Martin County judge.”
