DENVER – Colorado State Sen. Randy Baumgardner will step down as chairman of the transportation committee amid allegations of sexual harassment, he said Tuesday. Baumagardner will also attend sensitivity training. State Senate Democrats said his actions are not enough and said they will move forward with a resolution to expel Baumgardner.
