OLMSTED FALLS, Ohio — Mayor James Graven fired Olmsted Falls Police Chief William Traine on Monday. He then appointed Deputy Chief Odis Rogers to the position. The move stemmed from a legal opinion the city received last week from Cleveland law firm Walter Haverfield LLP that stated that Traine, who was appointed as interim police chief in March 2016, never took a Civil Service test.
