A week after the director of the Allentown Cadets resigned amid sexual misconduct allegations, the board overseeing the elite drum and bugle corps has resigned, according to a statement released Wednesday morning. A new board and officers have taken over operations of Youth Education in the Arts, a nonprofit music and dance organization in Allentown.
