Low & Bonar’s chair Martin Flower to step down; will be replaced by Daniel Dayan
Low & Bonar said Wednesday Martin Flower would step down as chair of Low & Bonar on Sept. 11 and would be replaced by Daniel Dayan. Dayan, currently a non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee at Chemring, had notified the company that he would step down from this position and leave the board as soon as a suitable replacement is appointed.
