Clayton Deutsch, CEO of Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc., will step down from the company this month to be replaced by a former Credit Suisse and UBS executive. Deutsch’s departure from Boston Private (Nasdaq: BPFH) has been in the works for more than a year, the company said in a statement Monday.
