WILKES-BARRE – Mike Zimmerman is leaving his position as chief executive officer at Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Gertrude C. McGowan, Esq., has been named to the position effective July 1. Zimmerman will stay on for three months to assist in McGowan’s transition into the CEO position.
