Orange County Judge Carl Thibodeaux is resigning from the position he was appointed to in March, something he made clear he expected to do when he first accepted the interim appointment, and Commissioner John Gothia tells KFDM/Fox 4 he also plans to resign his commissioner’s seat in order to be considered to replace Thibodeaux.
